We invite you to come and enjoy a two hour well-being session of our new women’s programme, which is FREE for men living in north Islington and it is designed to help you find out if this programme is right for you.
The session will give you a chance to help you explore health and well-being for yourself and other people.

The times and dates for Men’s programme are as follows:
Tueday from 12:45 – 14:00: dates: 22nd as an introductory session then every Monday starting on the 28th November and fortnightly thereafter.
During the 20 week programme you will have access to free one to one sessions.
