Friday Men’s wellbeing sessions
We invite you to come and enjoy a two hour well-being session of our new Men’s programme, which is FREE for men living in north Islington and it is designed to help you find out if this programme is right for you.
The session will give you a chance to help you explore health and well-being for yourself and other people.

- Build Empathic listening skills
- Building supportive relationships
The times and dates for Men’s programme are as follows:
Fridays from 13:00 – 15:00: dates: 11th and 25th November and fortnightly thereafter.
During the 20 week programme you will have access to free one to one sessions (by appointment through Ahmed/Toufik)
Opportunity to create on-going peer support groups, and a growing MWH community of supporting health and well-being
The capacity is 15-20 max for each group session.
